Imagining giant sprinkles I placed bright, traditionally pieced, lines of color into the base "fabric" I had created by improve piecing low volume white and off white fabric. It's chaos mixed with order. I set out with an intention of how this quilt would work out but was luckily swept up in the creative process, producing one of my most freeing and enjoyable quilts to make.
